When choosing a network acceleration service, assess connection performance separately from account terms. For connections, consider your own network and target apps; for account terms, review data limits, devices, payments, and refunds. The sections below cover both.

Routes and Speed

Proximity is only a starting point when choosing a route. AI tools, video streaming, and meetings have different needs for exit regions, sustained throughput, and connection stability. Start with one use case and compare similar routes; this often makes it easier to identify the cause than changing every setting repeatedly.

Account and Protection

VPNUO supports unlimited simultaneous devices and popular desktop and mobile platforms. No email is required to create an account. Before use, check the differences between monthly plans and data packages. If you run into delivery or connection issues, use a support ticket in the user panel to keep a record of the conversation.

For a closer look at how connections work, protocol trade-offs, and route topology, read the Protocol Guide. For app-specific troubleshooting, see AI Access and Streaming Guide.

Global routes and how to choose

First check which region the target service requires, then choose an available route from the user panel. For everyday browsing, start with a nearby region. For remote work, stick with an exit region you've tested. For streaming and AI tools, check the region requirements of the third-party service first.

Route type is not a performance ranking

Direct, relay, and IEPL dedicated routes describe different ways of organizing network links; the names alone don't tell you which region will be faster. Detours, congestion, and local connection quality can all affect results. Keep the destination the same and change one setting at a time to identify what makes a difference. Check the panel for the city and route type associated with each option.

Test routes for your actual needs

For research, check whether pages and attachments continue to load; for meetings, listen for clear, uninterrupted audio; for video, watch for buffering during playback. Status figures are for reference only and don't guarantee access to third-party services or sustained speeds. Once you find a route that works for you, keep it as your usual choice and compare alternatives when issues arise.

Clients and subscription access

The client establishes the connection, while the subscription provides route configurations for your account. Sign in to get your subscription from the user panel. Check the platform instructions there before installing and importing the configuration; opening a page in your browser does not mean the client is connected.

Windows

Sign in to download. Import the subscription as directed in the panel, then check the connection status.

Get the client

macOS

Sign in to download. Grant the permissions required by your system, then import the configuration.

Get the client

Android

Sign in to download. Allow the network connection, then check that the subscription has updated.

Get the client

iOS

Client access is subject to the active plan rules shown in the panel. Sign in to view the instructions.

Get the client

Linux

Sign in to download. Follow the panel guide to check client compatibility with your system.

Get the client

After importing, check that the client shows available routes, then choose a region and connect. Open the website or app you actually plan to use and check sign-in, page loading, and key features. If no routes appear, first check that the subscription imported successfully. If you can connect but can't access the destination, check its regional requirements, your local network, and the app status separately. Don't start by changing the protocol, region, and client all at once.

When changing devices, get the required materials from the user panel. Don't publicly share screenshots or links containing account configurations. If you're new, follow the Quick Start Guide to complete the setup. If you already have a client but run into an issue, check the relevant category in the Help Center. For hands-on support, include your platform, route name, and a description of the error; never share your password or full subscription details.

Monthly Plans and Data Packages

When choosing a plan, consider how regularly you use the service and how much data you need. If you often browse international sites, collaborate online, or access content, compare monthly plans. If you use the service less often, consider data packages that never expire and last until used. Simultaneous devices are unlimited, but data use is subject to your selected plan.

60GB Monthly Plan

¥9.9/month

A good option for estimating usage with everyday research and messaging. If you often stream video or transfer files, factor in how much data those activities use before choosing.

250GB Monthly Plan

¥18/month

For regular users with varied needs who want more data available. Check your actual usage in the panel rather than estimating based only on the number of devices.

500GB Monthly Plan

¥28/month

For usage patterns that call for a larger data allowance. This plan has the lowest per-GB rate among the monthly options, but choose based on your own needs.

How monthly data resets

Data resets monthly on the activation date, not on the first day of each calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Before changing plans, check your current plan and order details in the user panel, then choose the tier that fits your needs. A larger data allowance does not mean faster routes or guarantee a particular app experience.

Choosing a data package

Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They never expire and remain available until used. They suit a different usage pattern from plans that reset monthly, so compare them based on how often you connect. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Check payment and order status in the user panel.

Prices, billing, and refund information are listed together on the plans page for easy review before purchase. View all plans →

Frequently asked questions before you start

Check account requirements, device rules, and usage limits before deciding how to get started. For more details about accounts, connections, speed, and billing, browse the Help Center by topic.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email is required. Create an account with a username and password. Use your account to check plans, get subscriptions, and manage support tickets in the user panel. Keep your login details safe. You don't need to share your password with support; describing the steps you took, your device platform, and the message on screen is enough to help troubleshoot.

Does unlimited simultaneous device use mean unlimited data?

There is no limit on simultaneous devices, but data use is still subject to your selected plan. Monthly plans include 60GB, 250GB, or 500GB and reset each month on the activation date. You can import configurations on multiple devices, but remember to account for data used by video, downloads, and file transfers. Check your usage in the panel regularly.

How can I check whether AI tools or streaming services will work?

First check the destination service's published region and account requirements, then choose a route for the relevant region in the panel. Once connected, test the features you need, such as signing in, starting a conversation, or playing a specific title. A network connection does not include third-party memberships or override platform rules. Availability of regions, content, and features depends on your actual access results.

Can I get a client without a paid plan?

Sign in to download clients for Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux; you don't need to have purchased a plan. iOS access is subject to the active plan rules shown in the user panel. Get both the client and subscription through the panel. Installing the client and obtaining a usable subscription are separate steps; follow the panel instructions to configure the connection.

Which payment methods are supported, and where can I find the refund policy?

VPNUO accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT, and offers a 30-day refund policy. Before paying, check prices, data allowances, and billing details on the plans page. See the Terms of Service for refund details. Contact support through a user panel ticket about orders or refunds, and keep your order details handy to help identify the transaction.
