Terms of Service

VPNUO offers international route subscriptions for cross-border access and network acceleration, covering 110+ countries / 160+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, subscription status, and client delivery are shown in the user panel.

The service provides network connectivity and does not include memberships, accounts, or content licenses for third-party websites. Regional policies, account requirements, and content offerings are determined by each third-party platform. A subscription to this service does not guarantee access to any specific platform.

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Users must keep their account credentials and subscription information secure and are responsible for activity on their account. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, change the password promptly and report the situation through a support ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time. This applies to devices managed by the account holder and does not permit reselling, renting, publicly distributing subscriptions, or sharing accounts with others. Users must not abuse accounts in bulk through automation, disrupt the service, or use subscriptions as a resource to provide services to others without authorization.

Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date; mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Please check your order details before payment.

Users must comply with the laws and regulations where they are located and in any region relevant to their activities, as well as the rules of platforms they access. The service must not be used for fraud, infringement, distributing illegal content, unauthorized system access, malicious scanning, or other unlawful activities.

Users must not send spam, carry out network attacks, or consume resources unusually in ways that affect other users' connections. Users are responsible for assessing the legality of the content they access and their business activities. Network connectivity provided by this service does not replace any required licenses, authorizations, or compliance reviews.

Connection performance depends on factors such as the local network, carrier routing, destination platforms, route maintenance, and network congestion. Routes may be changed or temporarily interrupted. The service does not guarantee specific access results, fixed speeds, or continuous connections. If you encounter an issue, try another available route and submit details of the problem.

Issues caused by changes to third-party platforms, device failures, or force majeure events will be handled according to the circumstances. VPNUO is not liable for losses without a direct causal connection to the service. This does not exclude liability where required by law.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. Sign in to the user panel and submit a request through a support ticket, providing the relevant order information for verification. You do not need to cite connection failures or other service issues as a reason.

Do not include your account password or complete subscription credentials in a support ticket. You can check the processing status through the original ticket. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment provider's process. These terms do not make any separate promise about refund processing time or affect any other refund rights you may have under the law.

For unlawful use, resale or sharing, attacks, or other serious violations of these terms, VPNUO may restrict relevant features, suspend service, or terminate an account based on the findings of its review. Users may explain the situation and request a review through a support ticket. Refunds, where applicable, will be handled under the relevant terms and laws.

Changes to service rules will be posted on this page, with notices on the site or in the user panel where appropriate to the scope of the change. Changes affecting important rights, such as fees or refunds, will be clearly communicated before taking effect. Unannounced changes will not be applied retroactively to reduce existing rights.
