Get familiar with the common terms, from clients to international routes. Choose protocols based on the configurations currently available in your panel; the categories below do not mean every route supports every protocol.
When choosing a network acceleration service, assess connection performance separately from account terms. For connections, consider your own network and target apps; for account terms, review data limits, devices, payments, and refunds. The sections below cover both.
Proximity is only a starting point when choosing a route. AI tools, video streaming, and meetings have different needs for exit regions, sustained throughput, and connection stability. Start with one use case and compare similar routes; this often makes it easier to identify the cause than changing every setting repeatedly.
VPNUO supports unlimited simultaneous devices and popular desktop and mobile platforms. No email is required to create an account. Before use, check the differences between monthly plans and data packages. If you run into delivery or connection issues, use a support ticket in the user panel to keep a record of the conversation.
Peak-hour connection performance depends on your local network, the links along the route, and the destination service. When comparing routes, keep the client and destination the same, then compare the IEPL dedicated, relay, or direct options in your panel. Don't judge by a single page-load test; also check sustained transfers, call audio, and whether the connection repeatedly drops and reconnects. VPNUO offers international route options, but performance should be tested on your own network. If you encounter an issue, note your region, route name, and the time it occurred to make troubleshooting easier.
110+ countries / 160+ routesWhether an AI tool works depends on more than your network connection. It may also depend on supported regions, account eligibility, and the service's own status. For ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, check the tool's published guidance to choose a suitable region, then test sign-in, chats, and file operations. Keep the same exit region during a work session where possible to avoid repeated verification. VPNUO provides network access to international services; it does not include third-party memberships or override their account rules. Availability depends on your actual results.
Available for Windows / macOSFor streaming, check the content region and sustained connection performance separately. First confirm that your platform account, content, and device support the target resolution, then choose an available route for the relevant region. Loading the home page does not guarantee that a specific title will play, and a brief speed test does not replace checking full playback. VPNUO can be used for streaming access and network acceleration, but availability of a particular catalog or region is not guaranteed over time. If playback stops, keep the title the same while comparing routes, then check your local Wi-Fi and background tasks on the device.
Supports iOS / AndroidMilitary-grade encryption is VPNUO's core security message. In practice, a connection must be established using a protocol supported by your client and the correct subscription configuration. Protect your account password and subscription details as well: don't post configurations in public forums, and don't treat network encryption as a security guarantee from third-party websites. No email is required to create an account; use a username and password. When changing devices, get the relevant subscription and client instructions from the user panel. If you need support, describe the issue and redact sensitive configuration details.
No email requiredVPNUO allows unlimited simultaneous devices, so you can work on a computer and check information on a mobile device. Import the client configuration separately on each platform; there's no need to sign out of other devices when switching. Device limits and data allowances are different: unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data. Account for video, file transfers, and other online tasks when choosing a plan. Check usage in the user panel, then decide whether a monthly plan or a pay-as-you-use data package fits your needs rather than judging by device count alone.
Unlimited simultaneous devicesVPNUO offers a 30-day refund policy. When evaluating the service, consider your usual devices, usage times, and main apps rather than only testing whether a webpage opens. Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date; data packages never expire and remain available until used. Each option suits a different usage pattern. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. To check the refund terms or submit a request, read the terms of service and contact support through a ticket in the user panel. Keep your order details handy to help identify the relevant transaction.

First check which region the target service requires, then choose an available route from the user panel. For everyday browsing, start with a nearby region. For remote work, stick with an exit region you've tested. For streaming and AI tools, check the region requirements of the third-party service first.

Direct, relay, and IEPL dedicated routes describe different ways of organizing network links; the names alone don't tell you which region will be faster. Detours, congestion, and local connection quality can all affect results. Keep the destination the same and change one setting at a time to identify what makes a difference. Check the panel for the city and route type associated with each option.
For research, check whether pages and attachments continue to load; for meetings, listen for clear, uninterrupted audio; for video, watch for buffering during playback. Status figures are for reference only and don't guarantee access to third-party services or sustained speeds. Once you find a route that works for you, keep it as your usual choice and compare alternatives when issues arise.

The client establishes the connection, while the subscription provides route configurations for your account. Sign in to get your subscription from the user panel. Check the platform instructions there before installing and importing the configuration; opening a page in your browser does not mean the client is connected.

Get the clientAfter importing, check that the client shows available routes, then choose a region and connect. Open the website or app you actually plan to use and check sign-in, page loading, and key features. If no routes appear, first check that the subscription imported successfully. If you can connect but can't access the destination, check its regional requirements, your local network, and the app status separately. Don't start by changing the protocol, region, and client all at once.
When changing devices, get the required materials from the user panel. Don't publicly share screenshots or links containing account configurations. If you're new, follow the Quick Start Guide to complete the setup. If you already have a client but run into an issue, check the relevant category in the Help Center. For hands-on support, include your platform, route name, and a description of the error; never share your password or full subscription details.
When choosing a plan, consider how regularly you use the service and how much data you need. If you often browse international sites, collaborate online, or access content, compare monthly plans. If you use the service less often, consider data packages that never expire and last until used. Simultaneous devices are unlimited, but data use is subject to your selected plan.
¥9.9/month
A good option for estimating usage with everyday research and messaging. If you often stream video or transfer files, factor in how much data those activities use before choosing.
¥18/month
For regular users with varied needs who want more data available. Check your actual usage in the panel rather than estimating based only on the number of devices.
¥28/month
For usage patterns that call for a larger data allowance. This plan has the lowest per-GB rate among the monthly options, but choose based on your own needs.
Data resets monthly on the activation date, not on the first day of each calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Before changing plans, check your current plan and order details in the user panel, then choose the tier that fits your needs. A larger data allowance does not mean faster routes or guarantee a particular app experience.
Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They never expire and remain available until used. They suit a different usage pattern from plans that reset monthly, so compare them based on how often you connect. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Check payment and order status in the user panel.
Prices, billing, and refund information are listed together on the plans page for easy review before purchase. View all plans →

No email is required. Create an account with a username and password. Use your account to check plans, get subscriptions, and manage support tickets in the user panel. Keep your login details safe. You don't need to share your password with support; describing the steps you took, your device platform, and the message on screen is enough to help troubleshoot.
There is no limit on simultaneous devices, but data use is still subject to your selected plan. Monthly plans include 60GB, 250GB, or 500GB and reset each month on the activation date. You can import configurations on multiple devices, but remember to account for data used by video, downloads, and file transfers. Check your usage in the panel regularly.
First check the destination service's published region and account requirements, then choose a route for the relevant region in the panel. Once connected, test the features you need, such as signing in, starting a conversation, or playing a specific title. A network connection does not include third-party memberships or override platform rules. Availability of regions, content, and features depends on your actual access results.
Sign in to download clients for Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux; you don't need to have purchased a plan. iOS access is subject to the active plan rules shown in the user panel. Get both the client and subscription through the panel. Installing the client and obtaining a usable subscription are separate steps; follow the panel instructions to configure the connection.
VPNUO accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT, and offers a 30-day refund policy. Before paying, check prices, data allowances, and billing details on the plans page. See the Terms of Service for refund details. Contact support through a user panel ticket about orders or refunds, and keep your order details handy to help identify the transaction.
